Going Away

I know, I haven't posted in almost 3 months. I'll try to post some things this weekend because I'll be on a trip out to Kentucky to see Mammoth Caves National Park to do some caving. I'm actually headed down to D.C. first to hang out for a bit, and then on to Virginia to see some family. It'll probably be quiet for a while after that with the holidays coming around soon, my black belt exam coming up, and work still busy as hell.

The last few weekends I've been busy checking out all the Oktoberfest celebrations. I hit up Whiteface Mtn, Brown's Brewing in Troy, and The Adirondack Brew Pub in Lake George for a little Oktoberfest fun. I even did pretty well in the Keg Toss competition (placed int he top 3!)

But as usual things are always busy, so busy that I rarely have time to play video games, never mind posting here. The only game I've managed to play recently was Shadow Complex (which was friggin awesome. Thanks for the recommendation, ZoDD) I have to find some time for all the goodies coming out soon. Right now I have copies of Prince of Persia, Arkham Asylum, SW:The Force Unleashed, Battlefield 1943, and a whole mess of demos to try out. And there's even more new games that I want to play: Brutal Legend, Wet, Borderlands, etc. How the hell am I supposed to get anything done with a task list this long. Hopefully there will be some down time during the next couple months to get some of these great titles finished.
